Returns
As our products are custom-made to order for you, we generally do not accept returns. However, exceptions apply under the following circumstances: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items. If your product arrives damaged, defective, we will accept a return and offer a refund or replacement.
Return Process
Notify us within 5 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. Returned products must meet the following criteria:
Unused and in their original condition.
Packaged securely in the original packaging.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Timeframe for Claims:
Claims for damages, defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for damages reported after this period due to the delicate, handmade nature of our products.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approval
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original form of payment within 7 business days.
Rejection
If the return is rejected (e.g., due to signs of use or lack of original packaging), you will be notified with an explanation.
Cancellations Before Production Begins
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Refunds for cancelled orders will be subject to a cancellation fee, which varies based on the progress of the order.
After Production Has Started
Once production has started, cancellations or modifications cannot be accommodated due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
Additional Information Handcrafted Nature
Due to the handcrafted process, slight imperfections or variations may occur. These are natural characteristics of artisanal products and are not considered defects.
